As a Software Trainee (WordPress) intern at Affworld, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic realm of web development and WordPress. With your strong foundation in software development, proficiency in written English, and familiarity with WordPress, you will be a valuable addition to our team.
Your daily responsibilities as a selected intern will include:
- Conducting research and analysis to identify opportunities for website enhancements and optimizations within the WordPress platform.
- Optimizing on-page elements, including meta tags, headings, and content, to improve website performance and user experience.
- Collaborating closely with our development team to implement WordPress solutions that enhance website functionality and aesthetics.
- Monitoring website performance using tools like Google Analytics to identify areas for improvement and track key metrics.
- Assisting in WordPress theme and plugin customization to meet specific project requirements.
- Staying updated with the latest WordPress trends, best practices, and plugins to ensure our websites remain cutting-edge.
- Creating detailed reports and sharing your findings with the team, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing website optimization efforts.

Stipend structure:
This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum assured stipend, you will also be eligible for a performance-linked incentive of ₹1500 per ranking improvement.
